Police are hopeful they will find and arrest three men who staged a home invasion robbery in the1700 block of Lois Way on Tuesday evening, Nov. 21.

Police dispatchers were called at 10:12 p.m. by a resident that was invaded by three armed men who broke through the front door. They arrived and found hysterical occupants who reported that the men split up in different directions yelling for "Theresa" or "Julissa." They said no one by that name lived there. The man of the house confronted one of the invaders and was pistol whipped in the face by use of a black semi-automatic pistol. One of the intruders threatened to shoot the woman in the house if she did not tell him where "Theresa or Julissa" was located.

The suspects conducted a room by room search and ransacked them in search of something, at times demanding to know where the money was. The males entered the bedroom of two young boys where the suspects zipped tied their hands behind their backs. The room was not ransacked and the children were unharmed. The thieves took $200 in cash they fled through the front door.

The men were described as all standing about 5-foot-8 and 180 pounds. The males spoke Spanish with a native accent. They were all wearing brown "North Face" shirts. It is believed one of the males was African-American and the other two were white. The males were last seen getting into a silver vehicle parked on Richard Way and leaving the area eastbound. The vehicle is believed to be a Lexus or four-door Audi with chrome trim and chrome wheels.

Ceres Police checked the area extensively for the suspects but were unable to locate them. If anyone has information regarding the suspects contact Detective Sgt. Danny Vierra at 538-5672.
