Rudolfo Sierra, 33, of Ceres, was arrested on a Stanislaus County Sheriff's Department issued no-bail warrant and three Turlock Police misdemeanor warrants, after being pulled over for weaving on Service Road.

A Ceres police officer was on patrol at 8:58 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 6 when he saw a white Ford Van weaving in the eastbound Service Road lane. During a traffic stop, the officer discovered Sierra had the warrants and transported him to the Public Safety Center.
