Saturday's Mid Valley Swim League dual meet pitted the Ceres Dolphins against the Manteca Dolphins.

Ceres' recreational team won the battle of the Dolphins, 945-570, at Ceres High School.

"As a team, we were pretty dominant," coach Jon Olanolan said. "We've been putting in a lot of yardage at practice preparing for the MVSL Championships."

Daniel Hagens placed first in the 100 IM, 100 back and 50 free

Isaac Garcia placed second in the 100 back, fifth in the 50 free and sixth in the 100 free.

Aaron Gama placed third in the 100 back and 100 free, and fourth in the 50 free.
