The Neptune Society of Central California was in charge of arrangements for Arvin M. Flowers, 69, of Hughson. He died Jan. 9, 2010.

Mr. Flowers was born Aug. 26, 1940. He was a pipeline construction heavy equipment operator.

He leaves behind his children, Greg Flowers and Karen Schaa.
