Heath Flora cares about water
a-letter-envelope-5

Editor, Ceres Courier,

Being a farmer and businessman, Heath Flora (as a candidate for State Assembly) believes in adding to our usable groundwater supply by resourcefully tapping aquifers without resorting to the use of pumps. One way of accomplishing this is by placing wells by aquifers (underground water in and around porous rocks) where there is pressure that can cause the capture of water.

Once the groundwater is significantly tapped in any given area, flood irrigation can be used to return the water to the aquifers, thereby recharging the ground. Heath Flora deeply cares about the environment and the economy as they each go hand in hand.
