A 21-year-old Ceres resident Jonathan Guzman was arrested early Saturday after he was pulled over by a Ceres Police officer and found to be intoxicated.

At 2:26 a.m. Officer Kevin Roseen pulled over Guzman who failed to stop his Ford Mustang at a stop light.  Roseen suspected that Guzman was drunk and conducted a DUI investigation. Guzman was arrested and submitted a breath sample which showed he had the double amount of alcohol in his system than allowed by law.

Guzman was booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center for DUI.
