A 56-year-old Modesto man was arrested early Monday morning for a felony arrest warrant related to drug charges.

Ceres Police Officer Christian Diaz was patrolling the area of Whitmore Avenue and Mitchell Road at 3:14 a.m. when he spotted Marc Ausema near Morena’s Taqueria on Mitchell Road. The officer recognized Ausema and knew him to have a warrant and moved in to arrest him and book him into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center.
