A Walmart store loss prevention officer stopped Timothy Black, 23, of Modesto, from leaving the store on Sunday evening after he was seen pocketing items he didn't pay for. Police were called in and they found more than just pilfering cigarette lighters in his pockets - they found marijuana and a meth pipe inside of a baggie inside his pocket.

At 5:50 p.m. Black was arrested and charged with commercial burglary, possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.
