Homeowners living in the 2200 block of Hale Aloha Way called police on Tuesday, Nov. 25 after finding a mystery nylon camera bag filled with marijuana in their backyard.

The homeowners called police at 10:46 a.m. and said they had no idea how the bag got there.

Ceres Police Department spokesman Sgt. Jose Berber said homeowners are being asked to report suspicious activity to police. Anyone wanting to set up a Neighborhood Watch program in their block should call Sgt. Berber at 538-5719.
