Two men were arrested in an early Monday morning traffic stop in the 3500 block of Brown Avenue.

At 3:28 a.m. Ceres Police Officer Coey Henson was on patrol when he saw a truck driving around and the officer had probable cause to stop the driver, Tommy Rhodes, 25.
