A report of a man and woman in a fight behind the O’Reilly Auto Parts in the 1300 block of Hatch Road early Tuesday, June 29 led to the arrest of a 20-year-old Modesto man.

At 3:31 a.m., Officer Aaron Pinon was sent to the location where he found a woman and Alejandro Magana, 20, of Modesto walking next to each other behind the closed business. Neither party had been involved in an altercation but a warrant check revealed Magana had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. Magana was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center.
