A 33-year-old woman’s failure to drive with her headlights on resulted in her being pulled over Monday and arrested for a felony warrant for drug violations.
The car stop took place at approximately 9:42 p.m. when Ceres Police Officer Angel Diaz was driving on South Ninth Street. He observed a Chevrolet Venture being driven without headlights on so he stopped driver Mariah Stewart at Ninth and B streets in Modesto.
Stewart, a Modesto resident, was arrested on the warrant and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center.
