A 43-year-old Ceres man stopped on his bicycle for vehicle code violations was arrested Friday due to three warrants for his arrest.

At 7:29 p.m. Ceres Police Officer Roger Khuon encountered Carlos Vega in the 3700 block of Collins Road. A routine records check showed Vega had three warrants for his arrest, one of which was related to a felony narcotics charge. Vega was arrested on the warrant and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center.
