A 39-year-old Ceres man who blew three times over the legal limit to drive, was arrested for DUI early Sunday morning.
At 1:06 a.m., Ceres Police Officer Christian Diaz was patrolling the area of Hatch Road near Moffett Road when he stopped Neftali Grajeda for committing vehicle code violations in a Mercedes C300.
Officer Diaz immediately suspected Grajeda was intoxicated and had him undergo a series of field sobriety tests which were performed in a manner consistent with someone under the influence of alcohol. Grajeda was arrested for DUI and provided breath samples proving he was over triple the legal limit to drive. He was booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center for DUI.
