A felony warrant for theft led to the arrest of Romario Robles Munoz, 31, of Ceres, as he was spotted riding a bicycle on Thursday morning.

At 7:34 a.m., Ceres Police Officer Eric Souza was patrolling the 1300 block of Hatch Road when he spotted Munoz near the Wendy’s at 1374 Hatch Road. Officer Souza knew Munoz to have four warrants for his arrest, one of which was a felony for theft. Officer Souza made the arrest and booked Munoz into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center.
