A 40-year-old Ceres man with three felony arrest warrants was arrested Thursday morning.

Officer Jacob Valenzuela picked up Jerry Barton during a 10:50 a.m. patrol in the area of Giddings Street and Richland Avenue. A records check revealed that Barton was wanted on stalking and vandalism charges as well as being a person prohibited from possessing ammunition.

Barton was arrested for the warrants and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center.
