Ceres Police officers helped arrest two men Monday evening who were in a stolen car that was being pursued from a Modesto location and ended up in Ceres.

A lone Modesto officer was chasing the car down Highway 99 when the driver pulled off at the Whitmore Avenue exit. The chase ended at 2501 Don Pedro Avenue with the two men running from the car but apprehended.

The two men were both Ceres residents. One was identified as Damien Bartlett and the other with a last name of Salvador.
