Domestic violence alleged on Roeding Road

Isaiah Negrete, 19, of Ceres, turned himself into police after leaving the scene of a Saturday fight in the 2700 block of Roeding Road in which he allegedly beat his girlfriend.

Multiple calls to 911 were placed at 10:33 p.m. that said Negrete was on top of a woman, striking her with his fist and causing injuries. By the time police arrived Negrete had fled the scene.

Negrete turned himself in later was and was arrested and booked for domestic violence.
