Driver booked for DUI after crashing into cars

A 22-year-old Modesto woman was arrested early Sunday after she allegedly drove her car drunk and crashed into several parked cars in the 3400 block of Blaker Road.

Police were dispatched at 3:36 a.m. When Officer Kevin Sakasegawa arrived driver Maria Sanchezvera said she was driving home from a party when she crashed into the parked cars. She had obvious signs of being drunk. She agreed to 

complete several field sobriety tests but refused to take any further tests after completing the first one. Sanchezvera told Officer Sakasegawa that she just wanted to go to jail. Her blood alcohol level was .14 percent. Sanchezvera was arrested booked into jail for driving under the influence and driving under the influence with a blood alcohol level of .08 percent.
