Ceres Police Officer Ian Perry was patrolling the area of Lucchesi Lane and Wesley Drive on Wednesday morning, Dec. 10 when he recognized a wanted man, Miguel Gutierrez, 39, of Modesto exiting his vehicle parked at a residence in the 700 block of Wesley Drive.

Familiar with Gutierrez and his felony arrest warrant related to narcotics, Officer Perry made the arrest at 11:06 a.m. and booked him into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center.
