Michael Glennon, 40, of Oakdale was arrested Friday evening at Food 4 Less in Ceres after he was seen stealing items.

Glennon faces charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, shoplifting and an outstanding warrant out of Oakdale Police for drug related charges.

The arrest came at 10:45 p.m. when the store’s Loss Prevention staff caught Glennon stuffing items in his clothing. A bag of suspected methamphetamine and a syringe were also found on him.
