An officer’s suspicion about a parked car on the dead-end of Cedarvale Drive led to the Tuesday, June 16 arrest of a man who was in his car soaking wet and wanted on a no-bail felony warrant for drug related charges in Modesto.

At 10:40 p.m., Officer Alex Ochoa rolled by and noticed the parked vehicle which was running. Inside was Salesh Prasad, 46, of Modesto, who was soaked with water. He explained that he had just doused himself with an outside faucet of a business to “take a bath.”  When the officer ran his name he learned Prasad was wanted and arrested him.
