Michael Holbrook, 26, of Modesto, was arrested and booked on charges of suspicion of Driving Under the Influence (DUI).

At 10:38 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 8, Sgt. Pat Crane was working DUI enforcement when he saw a blue 1987 Chevy pickup traveling westbound on Whitmore Avenue approaching Third Street in the slow lane very close to the shoulder. Sgt. Crane stopped Holbrook, who had slurred speech and trouble pulling out his drivers' license.

After Holbrook failed a field sobriety test, he was booked on suspicion of DUI.
