Roberto Lupercio, 29, of Ceres was arrested Saturday evening, March 7 after running through a red signal light in front of Officer Jessica Graham.

The violation occurred at 9:49 p.m. Morgan Road and Whitmore Avenue. The officer also watched Lupercio driving erratically.

Lupercio’s breath reeked of alcohol. His blood alcohol content was determined to be nearly three times the legal limit. Lupercio was arrested for DUI.
