Miguel Gallegos, 61 of Ceres was arrested on a felony arrest warrant early Tuesday, July 8 after a Ceres Police officer saw him committing a vehicle code violation as he rode a bicycle on the Pine Street freeway overpass.

Officer Isaac Carter was on patrol at approximately 1:36 a.m. when he pulled over Gallegos. In short time the officer learned of the warrant, made the arrest and booked Gallegos into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center.
