A Monday check on an illegal homeless camp next to a business in the 1500 block of Mitchell Road resulted in the arrest of one man wanted to stand charges.

At approximately 8:10 a.m., Ceres Police Officer Brian Chandler went to contact the camp occupants loitering around the business. He learned that Michael Glennon, 46, of Modesto, had a felony warrant for his arrest related to narcotics. Glennon was arrested on the warrant and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center.
