A 41-year-old Ceres man wanted on a felony warrant was arrested Sunday afternoon after he was spotted by Officer Eric Souza in his driveway in the 3100 block of Service Road.

At 4:01 p.m., Officer Souza detained Fidel Arreola, 41, of Ceres. He was carrying suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia on his person. Arreola was booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center for the warrant and possession of an illegal substance and drug paraphernalia.
