A 50-year-old Livingston man was arrested during an early Monday morning car stop in the area of Herndon Road near Nadine Avenue.

At 1:33 a.m., Officer Tyler Wilson was on patrol when he stopped Ivan Madrigal Garcia driving a Ford Transit for vehicle code violations. The officer immediately suspected Garcia was under the influence of alcohol.
