Loitering behind dental office leads to warrant arrest
Ryan Nunes

Ryan Nunes, 44, of Modesto, may have learned last week that when one has a warrant for an arrest the best thing to do is not loiter around a business early in the morning to tap into Wi-Fi.

At 12:50 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 22, Ceres Police Officer Matt Johnson found Nunes loitering behind Western Dental in the 1700 block of Hatch Road and investigated. Nunes stated he was trying to connect to a Wi-Fi signal. When a check was made on him, the officer learned Nunes was wanted by Modesto Police for a prior felony possession of ammunition. Nunes was arrested.
