A man who was talking sexually explicitly with girls in Don Pedro Park while rubbing his crotch was arrested on Tuesday, June 16.

Police were called to the park at 3630 Blaker Road at 3:41 p.m. about the man, Alexander Salinas, 37, harassing girls in the 12- to 14-year-old range. The officer was told Salinas made sexually explicit comments to the girls who were playing in the playground. The girls told him to stop and leave them alone but he continued using sexually explicit language and grabbing his groin. Salinas was stopped in the park area and arrested on charges of annoying a child and probation violation.
