Charles Walker, 38, of Riverbank was arrested for a warrant by Ceres Police after someone reported him being intoxicated and screaming at others in the area of Hatch Road and Central Avenue on Saturday.

Officers Billy Carter and Nick Welsh showed up at 10:56 a.m. and found Walker  wearing only short brown pants and no shirt standing next to the TID irrigation canal and bike path. 

A warrant check revealed Walker had an active warrant placed by the California Department of Corrections. Walker was arrested and booked.
