Police are seeking the arrest off Joshua Dwyer, 23, of Ceres, for allegedly robbing Cost Less Foods of five cases of Rock Star energy drinks on Sunday afternoon.

Store employees said Dwyer entered the Hatch Road store and attempted to leave with five cases of Rock Star energy drink on a dolly. When he was confronted by store employees, the suspect gave false documentation of being a vendor and identified himself as Joshua Dwyer. Personnel suspected the man was a fraud and they followed him. According to Ceres Police Department spokesman Sgt. James Yandell, the suspect used force to push them away, making his crime a robbery.

Police were called at 12:59 p.m. Dwyer is wanted for robbery.
