A 24-year-old Modesto man who had seven arrest warrants, five of which were felony charges for theft, burglary, possession of a firearm and DUI, was arrested early Thursday.
At 1:36 a.m., Officer Eric Souza was patrolling Hatch Road when he saw a black-colored Cadillac XTS that he knew to be associated with Daniel Castaneda, 24, of Modesto. Souza knew of the numerous warrants and stopped his car and made an arrest in the parking lot of the Misters Car Wash at 1740 Hatch Road.
Castaneda was booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center.
