Two occupants of a Honda Accord stopped for alleged vehicle code violations Saturday evening were arrested on arrest warrants.

Ceres Police Officer Eric Souza was patrolling the area of Service Road near Moore Road at approximately 11:53 p.m. when he observed driver Rudy Acevedo, 42, of Ceres make an illegal move. He learned that Acevedo had three felony warrants for his arrest related to identity theft, drug sales and auto theft. His passenger, Stephanie Douglas, 36, of Modesto had a felony warrant for her arrest related to a robbery case.

Both were booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on the warrants.
