Angelica Tillman, 22, of Modesto was arrested for drunken driving after an officer watched her run the red light at Hatch Road and Richland Avenue on Saturday morning.

At 5:38 a.m., Officer Aaron Pinon had been observing Tillman commit minor traffic violations before she ran the red light. Believing she might be intoxicated or distracted, he pulled her over. When the window was rolled down he smelled alcohol and noticed that Tillman displayed symptoms of alcohol intoxication. 

At the conclusion of a DUI investigation, Officer Pinon arrested Tillman for DUI. A breathalyzer test showed her blood alcohol content was over twice the legal limit.
