Misty Ary, 33, of Ceres, was arrested Sunday morning after her mother complained to police that she would not leave the back yard and was not welcome.

At 7:36 a.m. Ceres police dispatchers were called to the 2400 block of Douglas Drive for a trespasser who refused to leave the property. The resident asked for her daughter to be arrested for trespassing. Ary was booked at the County Jail without incident.
