A 48-year-old Modesto man with a history of narcotics abuse was arrested again Friday morning with new charges.
At 10:42 a.m., Ceres Police Officer Eric Souza was patrolling the area of Sergis Court and Shushan Drive when he spotted Shay Gore sitting in front of a residence. Familiar with Gore’s criminal past and a felony warrant for prior drug charges, Officer Souza made an arrest for the felony warrants. While searching Gore, Officer Souza located a glass pipe used for smoking methamphetamine as well as a plastic bag containing methamphetamine.
Gore was booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center for the felony warrants, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance with two or more priors.
