A 21-year-old Ceres man was arrested Monday morning, Sept. 7, after he was allegedly being involved in a fight in the 3000 block of Ninth Street.

Officers arrived at10:28 a.m. to find that suspect Rolando Solario had left the scene. While they were investigating, Solario returned and was taken into custody. He was charged with resisting arrest, elder abuse and for an outstanding warrant.
