A 49-year-old Ceres man who was wanted to stand charge for a prior vandalism case was arrested Thursday evening as he was walking along the Southern Pacific Railroad tracks.
At approximately 9:30 p.m., Ceres Police Officer Eric Souza was patrolling the area of Railroad and Central avenues when he recognized Antonio Carrillo and knew about the felony warrant for his arrest.
Carrillo was handcuffed driven to the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center where he was booked.
