Marcus Emana, 19, of Modesto, was picked up by Ceres Police on Tuesday evening, March 10 after he was seen speeding southbound on Crowslanding Road at a high rate of speed and swerving recklessly in and out traffic.

At 11:35 p.m. Officer Kevin Sakasegawa witnessed Emana’s dangerous driving and conduct a traffic stop. Emana appeared intoxicated and arrested. He was faces charges of reckless driving, DUI and driving on a suspended license.
