Repeated refusals to comply with orders to turn down his loud music resulted in the arrest of Marco Gutierrez, 32, of Ceres late Friday for disturbing the peace.

Officers had to visit the home at 3500 Attika four times through the night for reports of loud party. His first warning came at 6 p.m. Gutierrez was issued citations during the second and third offenses at 7:48 p.m. and 10:23 p.m. On the third call Gutierrez stated he was throwing a party for his wife and didn’t care about getting fined and would them no matter how much they cost.

At 1:13 a.m., officers were called back for a fourth time where the victim signed a citizen’s arrest form.
