A report of five suspicious persons in front of a residence at 1757 Moffet resulted in one arrest for public drunkenness and a declaration that the residence is uninhabitable.


Police came out at 9:45 p.m. on Saturday.

Frank Ambris, 30, was arrested for being drunk in public.

Police Chief Brent Smith was unable to say why the residence was declared uninhabitable but confirmed that the city's code enforcement officer came out for an inspection and TID was called out to disconnect electric service.
