Clifford Harvey, 39, of Ceres, was arrested for a second time in 16 days when he was arrested Oct. 24 for a felony warrant for his arrest related to narcotics possession.
At 1:41 p.m., Ceres Police Sgt. Matt Vierra was patrolling the Lazy Wheels Mobile Home Park at 1941 Whitmore Avenue and observed Harvey walking. Sgt. Vierra knew Harvey was wanted and made the arrest, booking him into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center.
On Oct. 9 Harvey was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance with two or more prior convictions. Apparently he was back out on the streets in a short time.
