A man who was judged to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol was arrested early Sunday morning after he was seen punching at signs in Smyrna Park.

Police believe that Justin Reece, 23, of Ceres, was the one who drove a nearby vehicle into the park but could not prove that he was behind the wheel. They did, however, arrest Reece for being under the influence.

At the time of his 2:35 a.m. arrest Reece was not wearing shoes or a shirt.
