A stolen Harley-Davidson motorcycle was spotted parked at the Rite Aid at 1830 Mitchell Road on Friday afternoon by Ceres Police who arrested its rider.

At approximately 2:29 p.m., officers found the motorcycle and watched its rider, Garrett Fagundes, 41, of Denair exit the Rite Aid. He was arrested for auto theft and possession of a stolen vehicle and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center.
