A man determined to be under the influence of narcotics and a risk to his own well-being was arrested Monday morning, July 6 on Mitchell Road.

At 7:51 a.m. a person reported Derich Uher, 25, acting strangely in the St. Jude's Catholic Church parking lot. Police arrived and spotted Uher, walking away from the location, waving his arms and talking to himself. Suspecting he was under the influence, the officer arrested Uher for being under the influence of narcotics.
