Supicious car yields wanted man, drugs

Officer Brian Peterson was on patrol on Tuesday, April 12 when he spotted a car full of suspicious acting man inside the McDonald's parking lot at Hatch and Herndon. When he went to investigate at 2:44 p.m. the four men stated they were all transients, three of whom are on probation. The officer learned that Richard Huddleston, 61, had a warrant for his arrest while driver, Jeremy Hill, 26, had a hypodermic syringe full of heroin. Hill was arrested on charges of possession of a narcotic and possession of a hypodermic syringe.

The other two men were released.
