Reports of a suspicious woman peering into cars and approaching people at the Mitchell Road Bank of America ATM led Ceres Police to arrest her on warrants.

Officer Kao Saechao was sent to the bank parking lot at 7:27 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 3 and quickly found Veronica Pereyra, 41, of Modesto, who was on probation for trespassing and vandalism. She also had two outstanding warrants for her arrest.

Pereyra was arrested for the warrants and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center.
