An officer had to hold a gun on a suspicious acting man in front of the Sutter Gould medical building on Whitmore Avenue after he refused to show his hands early Friday morning.

The suspect, Marcel Goff, 26, of Turlock, was eventually arrested after he was found with a methamphetamine pipe with a usable amount of the illegal drug inside of it.

At 3:26 a.m. Officer Tommy Miller asked Goff to show his hands and he refused to pull him out from behind his back. Miller drew his service revolver on him until other officers arrived. Goff was placed in handcuffs and booked for possession of a narcotic.
