A resident of the 2200 block of Lavon Lane who has regular run-ins with police was arrested again on Friday evening after he allegedly threatened a neighbor in an act of rage.

At 9:19 p.m. Frank Ambris III, 31, of Ceres, allegedly walked up to the neighbor in an angry fashion, not knowing what set him off. The suspect allegedly raised his right hand, simulated a gun and made a "puff" sound. Due to Ambris' criminal history, the neighbor felt the threat was real and called police.

Ambris was charged with making terrorist threats.

He was arrested Aug. 17 for a fight between himself and a man in which he struck the victim with homemade Ninja sticks. He was arrested a number of times in August. On Aug. 9 Ambris was charged with public drunkenness and on Aug. 2 Ambris was arrested on drug charges.
